Abhishek Chatterjee

Abhishek Chatterjee believes an engaged workforce directly impacts financial performance, and he brings that focus to the ITI team as Director of Human Resources. Joining ITI in March 2020, Abhishek is streamlining and automating the HR function, freeing the team’s bandwidth to do more transformational work.

At ITI, Abhishek leads end-to-end employee life cycle management to foster a rewarding employee experience. Acting as a Strategic People Business Partner, he enables the solutions delivery organization to meet timelines and maximize revenue. He also manages effective employee communication, manages talent, enables interventions, and strengthens employee relations with the proper and timely execution of various initiatives and tools.

Leading talent pools as large as 5,000 employees, Abhishek brings an impressive background to ITI. At Vara, he led end-to-end HR Operations & Compliance for the merger and acquisition of 3i Infotech, which integrated a workforce of 4,000 employees. When Vara was acquired, Abhishek spearheaded the transition, ensuring 0% business and process disruption due to merger challenges.

Abhishek holds a graduate diploma in Hotel Management and Food Science from the NIPS School of Hotel Management in Kolkata.

He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, teaching them to paint with watercolors. He is also an avid Cricket enthusiast, having represented his school and corporate houses.
