Samantha Shaughnessy

Samantha Shaughnessy serves as the People and Culture Manager at Incap since October 2022, following a role as Human Resources Advisor at Crossroads Together. Prior experience includes positions at Robust UK Ltd, where Samantha advanced from Human Resources Officer to HR Administrator, and at SYTECH - Digital Forensics as HR Officer. Responsibilities across various roles included implementing working practices, policy development, coaching management, performance management, recruitment, training, and employee appraisals. Samantha holds a CIPD Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Avado and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours in Forensic Investigation from Staffordshire University, along with previous studies in Uniformed Public Services and GCSE qualifications.
