Bruce Freedman

Bruce serves as INCATech's Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role he is responsible for all business development, capture, and program execution resulting in a portfolio of delighted customers and past performance references. Additionally he leads numerous initiatives to expand and mature INCATech's infrastructure, qualifications, contract vehicles, and business processes to provide a robust platform to sustain the company's growth.
