Tom Piercy

Tom Piercy is the current President of National Enterprise Business Development and Managing Director of Incenter Mortgage Advisors at Incenter. Prior to this, Tom was the President of Spurs Capital from November 2009 to July 2020, where they managed a fund that purchased mortgage assets through the infrastructure established within IMA. From September 2001 to March 2016, Tom was the Managing Member of Interactive Mortgage Advisors, LLC, where they and their team advised the Mortgage Banking Industry on valuation and trading of mortgage-related assets. In 2016, Tom sold IMA to a Blackstone affiliate, Incenter. Tom has also served on the board of Matrix Bancorp from January 1993 to December 2001, and was a founding member of Matrix Capital Markets Group from January 1989 to December 2001.

Tom Piercy received a B.S. in finance from DePaul University and studied finance and accounting at Joliet Catholic High School.

They are on a team with David Townsend - President & CEO Agents National Title Insurance, Tom Price - President, Incenter Insurance Solutions, and Mark Walser - President of Incenter Appraisal Management. Tom Piercy reports to Bruno Pasceri, President.
