Michael Stephen has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in the technology industry. Michael is currently working as a CTO at Incentive Games since January 2019. Prior to that, from April 2017 to December 2018, they served as a Senior Manager, Engineering at SolarWinds MSP.
Before joining SolarWinds MSP, Michael worked at OpenBet for a significant duration, starting in November 2003. Michael held various roles at OpenBet, including Technical Product Manager from March 2011 to October 2016, Technical Delivery Manager from October 2010 to March 2011, Senior Technical Lead from April 2009 to October 2010, Technical Lead from March 2007 to March 2009, Senior Developer from February 2006 to February 2007, and Software Developer from November 2003 to February 2006.
Additionally, Michael Stephen gained early experience as a Developer at Kelvin Connect from July 2002 to September 2002.
Michael Stephen attended the University of Glasgow from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1999, they attended Robert Gordon's College; however, no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. Additionally, in February 2016, Michael Stephen obtained the certification of Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM1) from Scrum.org.
