Johanna Gomez Gonzalez, MSM, is an experienced professional in housing and community development with a diverse background in finance and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Housing at InCharge Debt Solutions since November 2024, Johanna has held significant roles at the University of Florida, including Faculty Extension Agent II and I, focusing on finance and housing programs from June 2015 to January 2025. Previous experience includes serving as a Faculty Extension Agent at Osceola County Government and as a Case Manager at Osceola Council on Aging. Johanna’s career also encompasses work as a Licensed Mortgage Broker at Sanford Mortgage Corporation and various positions in marketing at Centennial Wireless and Santander. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Marketing from Florida International University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Puerto Rico. Additionally, participation in Leadership Osceola highlights a commitment to professional development and community engagement.

InCharge is approved by the EOUST to provide bankrutpcy education courses prescribed by law. InCharge is also on the Board of Directors of Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy.
