Jan Andruszko

Jan Andruszko is an experienced professional in product design and project management, currently serving as the Head of Global Product Design and Digital Delivery Global Programme Manager at Inchcape plc since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jan held various positions at Saint-Gobain Sekurit, including Program Manager and Design & Product Engineering Manager for Europe, where responsibilities included project management, product implementation for major OEMs, and team leadership across numerous projects. Jan's career also features international project management experiences, with contributions to products for both European and Asian markets. Academically, Jan holds a Master's degree in Ceramics and Materials Engineering from AGH University of Krakow and a postgraduate diploma in Project Management with Prince2 certification.
