Richard Bruce

Richard Bruce is an experienced professional in maritime operations and education, currently serving as an Operations Representative at Inchcape Shipping Services since June 2022, where Richard manages ship agency services in Tampa Bay. Bruce has a long-standing role as a certified Soccer Referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation since September 2011, officiating over 2200 games across various age groups in Florida. Past roles include Client Service Representative at Interstate Transport, Substitute Teacher in Pinellas County Schools, and various positions in maritime logistics and operations, including Sr. Dangerous Goods Specialist at Hapag Lloyd. Bruce holds a BS in Marine Engineering from the US Coast Guard Academy and has completed additional training in supply chain management.
