Jim Schauer is currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Included Health, leading a team focused on fostering a client-centric culture and enhancing client satisfaction. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Director of Digital Sales - Customer Success at Alight Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing digital transformation strategies and engaging with customer leads for feedback and insights. Jim’s extensive experience at Microsoft spanned over 15 years, culminating as a Customer Success Leader, where accountability included managing a team responsible for $70 million in Azure consumed revenue. Jim's earlier roles at Microsoft included Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, and Senior Support Engineer, focusing on optimizing customer relationships and ensuring value realization from services. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of North Dakota.
