Katharina W. currently serves as a Health Economist at Roche, focusing on Market Access and HTA within Haematology since January 2021. In addition to the primary role, Katharina engages in multiple angel investment opportunities across various startups, including positions as an Angel Investor at TrueClaim, Pott Candles, greenworkx, Definely, Unplugged, and Flinn Comply. As an Angel Advisor at IfWeRaise, Katharina contributes to enhancing access to expertise and funding for underserved founders. Furthermore, Katharina holds a Venture Capital Fellow Alumni title with Included VC, participating in a program designed for education and mentorship in venture capital. Katharina is also a member of the Alma Angels community, which focuses on supporting female founders. Academically, Katharina W. earned a Master of Science in International Health Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of East Anglia.

This fully-funded 5 month fellowship comprises: masterclasses, mentoring, foundational learning, simulation investment committees and in-person retreats. Included VC Fellows all share a passion for entrepreneurialism, technology, and creating significant impact through venture investing. They share our belief that entrepreneurs and the VCs that invest in them can come from anywhere: any gender, ethnicity, geography, upbringing, age, neurodiversity, disability or belief system. The Included VC mission is to change the face of the VC industry, dramatically increasing diversity and maximising fund success by transforming networks, staff, dealflow and investments. We are committed to creating effective multi-generational change.
