The Research and Program Development team at Includovate is responsible for designing and implementing innovative research initiatives that focus on inclusion and the empowerment of marginalized communities. They collaborate with local researchers to co-create tailored programs and policies that address socio-development challenges in the Global South. Additionally, the team develops and manages diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) solutions that provide organizations with the tools and support needed to cultivate a culturally inclusive environment and effect meaningful change.
