Inclusive Finance Network Luxembourg InFiNe.lu
Anne BASTIN NDIAYE serves as the Executive Director of Inclusive Finance Network Luxembourg (InFiNe.lu) since June 2022, following a role as Country Officer at The World Bank Group from March 2017 to June 2022. Prior to these positions, Anne coordinated a network of 53 microfinance institutions at ADA - Appui au Développement Autonome in 2014. Anne's extensive experience also includes significant roles at LuxDev, with responsibilities ranging from Principal Technical Advisor to Chargée de mission in the promotion of inclusive financial sectors in the UEMOA zone from 2006 to 2014. Anne holds a Master's degree in Microfinance from the University of Economy from Bergamo, Italy, obtained between November 2004 and October 2005, with a focus on financial intermediaries and microfinance.

The Inclusive Finance Luxembourg (InFiNe.lu) is a not-for-profit organisation created on the initiative of the Government of Luxembourg. Capitalizing on the Grand-Duchy’s leading position in both financial and development sectors, InFiNe.lu was created in March 2014 to further stimulate financial inclusion as a key for poverty alleviation and empowerment of low-income groups. InFiNe.lu is the platform that brings together public, private and civil society actors involved in inclusive finance around a common goal: to leverage expertise in Luxembourg to advance financial inclusion worldwide.
