Monika Kočar is the Head of R&D for Chocolate at Incom LEONE. With a background in food science and nutrition, Monika has held various roles in research and development within the food industry. Monika has experience as a Quality Analyst at Frutarom Etol d.o.o., a Sensory Analyst at Tastepoint by IFF, and as a Food Technologist at SAPIDUM Gluten Free. Monika has pursued higher education, obtaining both a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Ljubljana and a Master's degree in Food Science from both the University of Ljubljana and the Technical University of Munich.
