Jesper Johanson has a diverse work history spanning over a decade. Jesper started their career as an Assistant Economic Consultant at Glud & Marstrand A/S in 2005. In 2007, they became a Teacher/Tutor in Statistics at Aarhus School of Business, later transitioning to the role of Teacher/Tutor in Management Accounting.

Moving into the finance industry, Jesper joined Nordea Markets in 2008 as an Assistant Structuring Analyst. In 2009, they became a Trader at Danske Commodities, where they stayed until 2011.

Throughout their career, Jesper has also served in various board member positions. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Board Member at the Advanced Finance Association. Jesper then moved on to Nord Pool Spot AS, where they served as a Board Member on the Exchange Council from 2015 to 2017. Lastly, they became a Board Member on the Exchange Council at EPEX SPOT in 2015, a role they held until 2021.

Jesper Johanson's education history begins in 2006 when they pursued an undergraduate program in Business at The University of Auckland. In 2007, they enrolled in Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business in 2007. Jesper further pursued higher education in the field of Finance and earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree from Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University from 2007 to 2009.

In 2017, Jesper Johanson undertook two executive programs to enhance their professional skills. Jesper attended CBS Executive Fonden for a Board of Directors program and Singularity University for an Executive Program.
