Kim Lindhardt Madsen has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years in various industries. Starting as an assistant at Engsoegaard Plejehjem in 2006, they then worked as a student employee at Jyske Bank as a programmer/statistician in SAS from 2009 to 2010. Kim joined Ramboll Management Consulting in 2010 and worked as a student developer before transitioning to a software developer role. Kim also worked as a senior software developer, where they specialized in integration and health systems. Kim left Ramboll in 2015 to start their own company, Kili Consult ApS. In 2016, they worked as a consultant (developer) at ZENIT CONSULT before rejoining Ramboll in 2018 as a senior software development consultant. At Ramboll, they worked as a tech lead and a lead platform engineer where they created a modern development environment for developers using Docker, RabbitMQ, Kotlin, Parquet, and Cloud. In 2023, they joined InCommodities, where they currently work as a lead developer.
Kim Lindhardt Madsen earned a Cand.scient.oecon degree in Mathematics & Economics from Aarhus University in the years 2006-2012. Prior to that, they completed their HHX degree from Aalborg Handelsskole between 2002 and 2005. In August 2017, they obtained Scrum Master Certified credentials from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
