Maximiliano Flores has had a diverse range of work experiences. Maximiliano began their career at ANTEL as a Project Intern in the Technical Development Division, where they worked on projects related to transmission networks. After that, they joined inConcert as an Engineering and Project Management specialist, focusing on contact center and VoIP solutions. During this time, they were responsible for various aspects of project implementation and support, as well as providing technical and operational consultancy to optimize client business indicators. In 2016, they took on the role of Chief Product Officer at inConcert, overseeing marketing automation and CRM. In the same year, they also became the Chief Technology Officer at Convertia. Additionally, Maximiliano has experience in the music industry, having been part of the rock band Atalaya as a guitar player and record producer.
Maximiliano Flores pursued their education from 2004 to 2009 at Universidad de la República, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering. During their studies, they focused on Telecommunications and Electronics as their field of study.
