Tara Stauduhar

Tara Stauduhar is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience across various companies in senior legal roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Legal at Incorta since January 2023, Tara previously held the position of Senior Director and Senior Legal Counsel at Navis from February 2008 to September 2022, where responsibilities included establishing and managing the legal, ethics, and compliance functions. Prior roles include positions at IBM, Micromuse Inc., PeopleSoft, Critical Path Inc., and Remedy Corporation, focusing on legal support, compliance, and negotiation of agreements. Tara holds a Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University, School of Law.
