Steve Weston is a technology entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in product management, strategy, and architecture. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO of Incrypteon, Steve specializes in AI and post-quantum encryption solutions for developers. Additionally, Steve is the founder of My Green Crayons, focused on innovative product development, and My Red Crayons, a technology consultancy serving various clients. Previous roles include significant positions in product strategy at Correla, Xoserve, and Packt, as well as co-founding RightIndem, a digital claims management business. Steve holds a BSc in Computing and Management from Loughborough University and is a TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect.
