Uladzislau Charkouski

Uladzislau Charkouski is an experienced performance engineer currently serving in dual roles at Flowbird Group and Incubly, with a focus on performance engineering since June 2024. Prior to this, Uladzislau worked at EPAM Systems from May 2019 to April 2024 as a Senior Performance Analyst, contributing to projects across Media & Entertainment, Retail & Distribution, and Life Sciences & Healthcare. Responsibilities included overseeing performance testing activities, developing performance testing strategies, implementing backend and client-side testing, and mentoring new team members.
