Lara Overk

Lara Overk is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and community relations, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Internal Communications at Incyte since April 2020. Previously, Lara held various leadership roles at GSK from January 2007 to April 2020, including Director of Internal Communications in Research & Development, where notable contributions included delivering communication strategies for significant acquisitions and organizational changes. Lara demonstrated expertise in developing strategic communication plans, managing teams, and executing large-scale events for executives, alongside valuable partnerships with HR to support change programs. Education includes a BA in English Literature and Communications from Saint Joseph's University.
