Randy Eisenberg is an experienced executive in the long-term care sales sector, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Long Term Care Sales at IND Consulting since May 2017. Prior to this role, Randy held various leadership positions at Managed Health Care Associates, Inc., including Vice President and Senior Director of Long Term Care from 2009 to 2017, as well as Director of the MHA LTC Network and National Account Manager from 2002 to 2009. Randy's career in long-term care began in 1986 with roles at Insta-Care, Pharmacy Dynamics, and Nova Healthcare, focusing on operations management in pharmacy provider startups. Additionally, Randy owned and directed operations at Medchoice from 1995 to 2002, demonstrating a strong background in both management and operational roles within the long-term care pharmacy industry.
