Joseph Andre Bañas is a seasoned professional in risk management and compliance with extensive experience across several companies. Currently serving as a Risk and Compliance Manager at Indara since September 2023, Joseph previously held the position of Senior Manager in Quality Control at Optus, where responsibilities included managing operational risk and governance as well as compliance for the SMB Business Unit. Prior to Optus, Joseph worked with AMP in various risk management roles and gained foundational experience at Deloitte and other organizations. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Technology, specializing in Information Systems from the University of Sydney.
