Kate Bowman possesses extensive legal and corporate governance expertise, currently serving as the Executive Director, Legal, Risk & Compliance, General Counsel and Company Secretary at Indara since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kate held multiple senior positions at Pacific National from May 2015 to February 2023, including Chief Corporate Services Officer and General Counsel. Additional experience includes directorships at TrackSAFE Foundation and the Rail Industry Safety and Standards Board, where Kate was also Chair of the Remuneration and People Committee. Earlier legal roles encompassed senior counsel positions at Patrick and Asciano, along with foundational experience as a Senior Solicitor at Clayton Utz. Academically, Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Economics (Social Science), both from the University of Sydney.
