Main Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven CRM Executive to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. As CRM Executive at Indeed Flex, you will play a critical role in building and nurturing relationships with our Flexers. You will be responsible for creating and executing CRM campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and growth for both the UK and US. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer experience and has a flair for data-driven marketing.

This is a fixed term contract until the 31st of December 2024.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Segment customer data to tailor communication and engagement strategies, ensuring personalized interactions.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and consistency in customer communication.
• Continuously update and maintain the CRM database to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements to streamline CRM operations.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM to drive innovation and keep Indeed Flex competitive in the market.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM and email marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C context.
• Proficiency with CRM software and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, preferably Braze).
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience in project management or demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects.
