Prior to this role, Shalana held various positions at Staffmark Group from November 2015 to May 2023, including Human Resources Generalist and Recruiting Manager. Shalana began a career at AAA Club Alliance in July 2010 as an Auto Travel Representative, providing travel planning assistance to members, and initially worked as an Emergency Road Services call center operator. Shalana completed education at Eastern Kentucky University from 1998 to 2004.
