Ahmed Mohamed is a highly experienced automation engineer with expertise in automation technologies and manufacturing execution systems (MES). Currently serving as a Senior Global Automation Engineer (SME) at PepsiCo since March 2024 and as a MES Technical Consultant at INDEFF since November 2019, Ahmed is recognized for proficiency in the AVEVA Suite and has played a key role in developing MES solutions adhering to operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) standards. Previous positions include Lead MES Engineer and Senior Automation Engineer at INDEFF, where Ahmed led the deployment of Digital Factory Solutions across international sites and oversaw various automation projects, respectively. Additional experience includes designing customizable automation systems at Tria Products and engineering automation systems at SABK Industrial Equipment Co. Ahmed holds a Master’s degree in Automation, Control & Robotics from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Oumduman Islamic University.
