Swetha Sahadev has over 15 years of work experience in business development, marketing, and strategy roles. Swetha is currently working as the Director of Business Development & Marketing at Indegene since April 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Global Business Development Manager for Healthcare at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions from June 2020 to April 2021. Swetha also worked as the Associate Vice President of Business Development at Tricog Health from January 2020 to June 2020. Swetha has also held positions at Agara as an Associate Director of Marketing from June 2019 to November 2019, at 3M as a Manager of Strategy and Business Development from January 2019 to June 2019, and as a Marketing Manager from December 2010 to January 2019. Swetha has also worked at Philips Consumer Lifestyle as a Key Account Manager from December 2009 to November 2010, and at Johnson & Johnson as a Key Accounts Manager from May 2006 to August 2008.

Swetha Sahadev completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2004. After that, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, graduating in 2006.
