Vidhyaa has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR - Talent Operations at Indegene since October 2020. Previously, Vidhyaa held the position of HR Manager at Posiflex Technology (India) Pvt. Ltd. from March 2018 to October 2019, and worked as a Senior HR Specialist at ArisGlobal from August 2014 to March 2018. Vidhyaa began a career in HR as an HR Executive at Wipro Limited, where employment spanned from April 2008 to August 2014. Vidhyaa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Mysore between 2002 and 2005.
