Vinaya Vengalil

Vinaya Vengalil has over 14 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. They are currently serving as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Indegene Pvt. Ltd. since July 2018. Prior to this, Vinaya was associated with Indegene Lifesystems for 11 years, starting in January 2007, as an Associate Manager of Human Resources. Additionally, they worked at Infinite Computer Solutions from January 2006 to January 2007 as a Recruiter, with responsibilities including full life-cycle recruitment, candidate/client communication, and negotiating job offers in the IT industry.

Vinaya Vengalil obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resources from Alliance Business Academy, where they attended from 2004 to 2006.
