David J. Onimus

David J. Onimus, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Regulatory Data Insights at Independence Blue Cross, where management of the Regulatory Data Insights team and oversight of various regulatory compliance data projects are key responsibilities. Prior roles include Lead Regulatory Auditor and Senior Regulatory Auditor, where David led strategic data analytics initiatives to identify regulatory noncompliance and coordinated external regulatory exams. Previously, David held positions at EY as a Senior Advisory Consultant, assisting major corporations with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance programs. David's career began at The Daily Collegian, where leadership and operational management were critical to enhancing advertising revenue. David earned an MBA from Villanova University and a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University.
