Ed Lovelidge

Ed Lovelidge serves on the Member Board of Directors at Independence Blue Cross since July 2021. Prior to this role, Ed was the Managing Partner at PwC from July 1994 to June 2021, overseeing the Greater Philadelphia Market and managing audit relationships with major industrial and consumer products clients. Ed's career at PwC began in 1982, where responsibilities included conducting audits across diversified industries in various roles, culminating as Senior Manager. Ed earned an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School between 1989 and 1991 and holds a cum laude BS in Accounting from Elizabethtown College, obtained from 1979 to 1982.
