Kenneth Cooper

Kenneth Cooper, CISA, currently serves as the Director of Information Systems Audit at Independence Blue Cross since August 2021. Prior to this role, Kenneth accumulated extensive experience at Vanguard from February 2004 to August 2021, holding positions such as Senior Risk Manager, Information Technology Project Manager, Technology Risk Manager, and IT Audit Manager. Kenneth's career began at Citigroup as an IT Audit Manager from December 1997 to February 2004, and earlier experience includes serving as an IS Audit Supervisor at Dow Jones from April 1994 to December 1997 and as an IT Auditor at Germantown Saving Bank from February 1987 to April 1994. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint Joseph's University.
