Lori Niles

Lori Niles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in behavioral health advocacy and administrative support. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Care Advocate at Independence Blue Cross since January 2023, Lori previously held positions as an Administrative Coordinator at Aspire Youth Development and a Behavioral Health Technician at Aveanna Healthcare, where ABA services were provided in home and school settings. Lori's background also includes administrative roles at Rowan College at Burlington County, Burlington City Board of Education, and Lavin, O'Neil, Ricci, Cedrone & DiSipio, among others. Educationally, Lori is pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Wilmington University, along with various other qualifications in education and health information management.
