Sudheep Sasidharan Nair is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Independence Blue Cross since April 2024, where responsibilities include leading engineering projects and driving innovation. Previously, Sudheep held the position of Delivery Head for the Communication, Media & Entertainment vertical at Ascendion, overseeing delivery governance and resource management from November 2022 to March 2024. Additionally, Sudheep managed a multimillion-dollar portfolio as the Service Delivery Head at Collabera Inc. and successfully led large-scale projects at Cognizant, including the management of a $20M portfolio for Comcast. With extensive experience in roles ranging from Agile Project Manager at AT&T to Business Delivery Manager at UST Global, Sudheep has demonstrated expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership. Sudheep's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
