Rob Symington

Rob Symington serves as the Sr. Director of Integrations and Chief Data Officer at Independence Pet Group since November 2023, where responsibilities include optimizing technology ecosystems and enhancing data accessibility. Previously, Rob held the position of VP of Technology at Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and Healthy Paws Foundation from January 2015 to October 2022, focusing on technology strategy and agile team development to drive growth. Extensive experience at Microsoft spanned from October 2003 to November 2014, with roles including Senior Marketing and Communications Manager and Product Manager, where emphasis was placed on environmental sustainability and managing global product launches. Earlier career positions included Enterprise Inside Solutions Specialist at VMC and Sales Manager at New Horizon Computer Learning Center. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington and has additional education from Western Washington University.
