The Independent Monitoring Authority for the Citizens' Rights Agreements (IMA) protects the rights of EU citizens in the UK.

We monitor UK public bodies to make sure they uphold the rights of EU citizens and to identify any systemic issues.  We have the power to launch inquiries and bring legal action against bodies that don't uphold the rights of EU citizens.

Our work makes the UK better for all EU citizens.
