Becky Ivy joined Baylor in 2010 & currently holds the role of Associate VP of HR Operations. Previously, she was the HCM Project Manager for Baylor’s 2020 move to Oracle Cloud. She's a member of the Oracle Guided Learning Advisory Board & Higher Ed HCM CoE & an exec member of Oracle Quest Community's Board of Directors. Becky is a Baylor alumna & received a Masters Degree from Penn State.
