Adam Libs currently serves as the Director of Sales at Independent Power, a prominent renewable energy company focused on residential and commercial electrification, since July 2023. Prior to this role, Adam worked at Namasté Solar as a Technical Sales & Design Specialist from January 2016 to July 2023, and at Solar Alliance of America as a PV Sales Consultant from October 2014 to November 2015. Earlier experience includes a position as a Project Coordinator at the United States Equestrian Federation from May 2008 to October 2014, and as an Executive Recruiter at TheBestIRS, Insurance Recruiting Specialists from August 2006 to May 2008. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Kentucky, earned between 2000 and 2005.

When our founder first started IPS, he was instrumental in educating the state utility on the virtues of solar energy and was ultimately awarded installation of the first grid-connected solar system in the state as well as the country. Today we are leaders in battery backup systems designed and installed to provide energy when it’s needed most.
