Ajay Sidpara

Ajay Sidpara currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Career Development Center and as an Associate Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where responsibilities include teaching, research, and development in areas such as nanofinishing and micromachining. Prior experience includes positions as Project Engineer and Senior Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, focusing on advanced nanofinishing processes and knee joint implant technology. Ajay's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, a Master’s in Production Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University.
