Ravi Vanam

Ravi Vanam is an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Developer currently positioned at Indiana University Health since September 2022, focusing on production support for Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits, and engaging in all stages of the systems development lifecycle. Previously, Ravi served as an Oracle HCM Technical/Reporting Developer at TriHealth, providing corporate support for Oracle Fusion modules, and worked as a Technical Consultant at Entertainment Partners, where responsibilities included data migration and report development. Prior roles include leading BI reporting at Envision Healthcare, contributing to HCM implementation at Vituity and The Madison Square Garden Company, and holding various developer positions at Blue Apron, Esterline Technologies Corporation, and DAQ Inc. Ravi holds a Master's Degree in Engineering/Technology Management from Southeast Missouri State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from GITAM Deemed University.
