Sierra Vogt

Sierra Vogt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, training development, and project management. At Indiana University Health since November 2018, Sierra has served as a Consultant in Production and Creative Services and as a Program Manager for Training & Development, overseeing the creation of Individual Training Plans (ITPs) and enhancing onboarding materials for new team members. Previous roles include Project Manager for Process Optimization and Onboarding, Freelance Copyeditor, and various positions at VMS BioMarketing, where Sierra excelled in editing, training project management, and customer service leadership. Additionally, Sierra has significant nonprofit experience with the American Diabetes Association in event management and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in coordination and fundraising.
