Tamela Eitle is the current dean of the School of Liberal Arts at IUPUI. Tamela has also served as a professor of sociology at Clemson University, the senior vice provost and professor of sociology at Montana State University-Bozeman, and the interim associate provost and professor at Montana State University. Eitle began their academic career as an associate professor at the University of Miami.
Tamela Eitle earned their Ph.D. in Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington and their B.A. in Sociology from The University of Kansas.
