Alex Pilipenka

Alex Pilipenka currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Star IT, managing PMO operations across nine departments and six product streams while tracking KPIs to align with business objectives. Concurrently, as Head of the Business Analysis Department and Product Owner at IndicaOnline POS Software since July 2018, Alex has successfully developed product roadmaps, managed backlogs, and refined inter-departmental processes, leading a ten-member BA team. Notable achievements include building the Business Analysis team from the ground up and enhancing system availability through innovative features. Alex holds a Business Analyst degree from ITMINE and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Belarusian State University, complemented by an additional Bachelor's in Design from Belarusian National Technical University.
