Gonçalo Dores has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Gonçalo started their career in 2015 as a Freelance Contributor at URBANOS. From there, they worked as a Sports Event Support at Alvalade from 2016 to 2018. During the same period, they also served as the Wine Shop Manager at Numismática Diamantino. In 2018, they joined Webhelp as a Customer Service Agent, later being promoted to Customer Service Team Lead. Gonçalo worked there until 2022. Currently, they are employed at Indie Campers as a Customer Excellence Team Lead, and has since been promoted to Customer Excellence Senior Team Lead in 2024. Additionally, between 2013 and 2018, they also worked as a Head Basketball Coach.
Gonçalo Dores completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from ISCSP-ULisboa / Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas - Universidade de Lisboa. Gonçalo attended the school from 2022 to 2025.
