Phil Felando

Phil Felando is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles in the technology and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice-President of Global Human Resources at indie Semiconductor, Phil is a key member of the Executive Management team, overseeing HR operations for a fast-growing public auto-tech semiconductor company with locations globally. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Karma Automotive, where Phil played a pivotal role in the launch of the Revero model, and CHRO at QLogic, successfully transforming HR functions within a public technology firm. With a strong foundation in compensation, benefits, and employee relations from early positions at Lockheed and TRW, as well as advanced education from Cornell University and Occidental College, Phil has consistently demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, and strategic HR management.
