Vidhi Bhatia currently serves as Assistant Manager in Legal, Compliance and Secretarial at Indifi since April 2023. Prior to this role, Vidhi held multiple positions at CARS24, including Senior Associate and Associate Company Secretary from April 2021 to November 2023. Vidhi's career began at VKC & Associates as an Associate Company Secretary from September 2020 to March 2021. Vidhi obtained a Company Secretary degree focused on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University. Additionally, Vidhi is pursuing a Master of Business Laws in Business and Commercial Laws at the National Law School of India University, continuing the academic journey commenced in September 2021.

Indifi takes the relevant applications to multiple lenders, increasing the chances to secure a loan and creates choice for lenders to pick the ones they wish to back. The approach makes the loan process smart by minimizing risk, reducing paperwork and associated costs, while providing a simple and hassle free experience setting the businesses on the path to growth.
