Barry started their career as a district manager at American Cyanamid and then spent 10 years at Monsanto in various roles, including RBD. In 2009, they became president of Jimmy Sanders Incorporated, and they held that position for five years before moving on to CrescoAg, where they served as CEO and president for just over a year. Knight is currently the head of commercial operations for North America at Indigo.
