Stephanie has over 13 years of decision-making authority for all treasury and corporate insurance aspects of this privately-owned $1 trillion global investment management firm with offices in 15 countries and more than 2,300 institutional clients.

O'Leary has Negotiated four consecutive bank credit facilities bringing terms in line with market, restructuring lenders, significantly reducing costs, eliminating debt covenants, and providing financing through 2020. Additionally, they have Secured the firm’s first-ever S&P private credit rating supporting international client growth; managed ongoing rating agency relationship with consistent favorable outcomes.

O'Leary has also Reorganized the legal structure of the firm on a global cross-functional team which considerably reduced risk and improved client/regulator alignment; led Finance workstream and implemented extensive treasury revisions including bank account novations, cash pool restructuring, FX hedge repositioning, and insurance policy updates.

Furthermore, they have Spearheaded efforts to analyze, allocate and invest seed capital which fostered firm growth, new product development, and talent retention as secretary for newly-formed Capital Commitments Committee. Stephanie has also Initiated hedging of seed investments, primarily utilizing index swaps, in partnership with Trading, Derivatives and Fixed Income teams which protected the firm’s balance sheet against market volatility. Stephanie O'Leary has a MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School, an AB in English from the College of the Holy Cross, and certifications from Wharton Online in AI for Business, The Institutes in Associate in Risk Management, and the Association for Financial Professionals in Certified Treasury Professional.
