Preetha Saravanan

Preetha Saravanan has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 with MeritTrac Service's Pvt Ltd. as a TL - Event Coordinator. From there, they worked as an IT-Recruiter at Live Connections before moving on to Adecco India as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2011, they joined Polaris Software Lab as a Sr Executive in the Talent Acquisition Group. Preetha then worked as an Asst Manager - Client Servicing at FlexAbility | RPO Initiative of ABC Consultants. In 2017, they became a Senior Staffing Specialist at Qualcomm, where they specialized in hiring engineers across various domains. Preetha continued their recruitment career at Vestas as a Senior Recruiter before joining ManpowerGroup as a Senior Consultant. Currently, Preetha is working at Indium Software, where they have held the roles of Senior Manager and is currently an Associate Vice President in the Talent Acquisition Group.

Preetha Saravanan completed their 12th grade in Computer Science from Alpha Matriculation between 1995 and 2003. Preetha then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College between 2003 and 2007.
