Rekha Natarajan

Rekha Natarajan has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Assistant Manager in the TAG department at Indium Software since October 2020. Prior to this role, Rekha held positions as Team Lead and Senior Executive in Human Resources at the same company. Earlier experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Merit for a brief period in 2020, and serving as a Consultant at HCL Technologies Solutions Limited from March 2018 to February 2020. Rekha began a professional career as an Associate Engineer at Flextronics in Chennai from 2010 to 2014.
